ZO Skin Health is committed to your satisfaction and offers a 30-day return window for products purchased directly through our website. If you are not completely satisfied with your skincare regimen, we are here to assist with a seamless return or exchange process.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Initiate Your Request

    Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return, or contact our customer support team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • 2.
    Prepare the Package

    Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all components are included, and clearly write your assigned RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.

  • 3.
    Ship the Items

    Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for your records.

  • 4.
    Receive Refund or Credit

    Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method or an exchange will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
